These terms and conditions govern your participation within the Vet Publicity Program (here on out known as “VPP”). The program is owned and operated by Emergency Vet 24/7.


The VPP is a program for the use of qualified veterinarians to find media opportunities. You must be a qualified veterinarian to join the program. To join, the applicant must complete the form found at Successful joining of the program is at the discretion of Emergency Vet 24/7 and they may ask for more information to validate your credentials.


When you sign up, you give Emergency Vet 24/7 permission to send you daily emails with media opportunities. This list is managed in Mailchimp and you are able to unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “Unsubscribe” option on any emails received, or by email [email protected]. Emails are sent at 10am ET, Monday to Friday. Emails are not guaranteed to be sent as they are reliant on source requests received. If no source requests are received, no email will be sent that day.


When you submit a pitch, all of this information will be sent to the media outlet. It may be edited for grammar, spelling or layout, but the content itself will not be edited. The details you provided when you initially signed up will also be forwarded, including: your full name, location and job title.


The benefits detailed on the VPP page ( are potential benefits of the program and are not guaranteed by Emergency Vet 24/7.


The media outlets featured are outlets that we have previously received pitches related to veterinarians. They are not guaranteed as future opportunities.


As a good will gesture, Emergency Vet 24/7 will reimburse members who have their pitches included in articles a total of $50 per pitch. This compensation is for any backlinks in the article to direct to It is a condition that as a member of this program, any backlinks will direct towards If you direct any backlinks to your own website/blog/clinic, you will not receive the $50 gift and you may be removed from the program.
