OUR PROCESS
1. SEARCH FOR YOUR CLINIC
To get started please search for your listing by clinic name, city, or zipcode. If your clinic is not listed, please click the button below to submit a clinic request.
2. SUBMIT A CLAIM REQUEST
Once at your clinic page, select the “Claim My Clinic” option located under the map. Complete the registration form to submit a request for review.
3. VERIFICATION CALL
Once your claim is submitted, your information will be sent to our team for verification. You should receive a call within 1-3 working days from one of our team members verifying your ownership of your clinic listing.
4. COMPLETE YOUR CLINIC
After your verification call, our team will approve your claim within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email detailing your ownership and how you can keep your listing up to date.
